PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk is property developer under Pembangunan Jaya group that located in Central Business District area at Bintaro Jaya. The company was established on May 25th, 1979. Fresh Graduate/Entry Level
Promotion Supervisor (SPR)
- Perform publication and relationship building with pers and media.
- Coordinating with supplier/ageny for media support
- Eager to meeting new people, challanges, and have outside the box creative ideas
- Having good communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor in marketing management/communication/public relation. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
- Having 0-1 year experience in related position would be advantage
- Placement in Tangerang.
Media Design Officer (DES)
- Making promotion tools design (printed & outdoor media
- Design & create media design layouts, graphics
- Responsible for the production of highly impressive creative visuals in a timely manner
- Bachelor/Master of Graphic Design/ Creative Multimedia, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
- age 35 years old. Min. 0-1 year experience in related position.
- Placement in Tangerang.
Tenant Relation & Fitting Out Supervisor (TRFO)
- Maintain good communication with existing and new tenants
- Control renovation building or fitting out design with architectural principals
- Having good negotiation and leadership skills
- Bachelor of Architect, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
- age 35 years old. 0-1 year experience in property retail industry or related position
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan
Building Infrastructure Supervisor (SB)
- Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
- Supervise all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion
- Having good leadership & communication skills
- Bachelor/Master of Architect / Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- age 35 years old. Having 0-1 year experience in related position.
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan
Technical & Operational Supervisor (EL)
- Perform mechanical / electrical devices repair and maintenance schedule for all building facilities
- Supervisory role in the building repairment/maintenance activities and ensure comply with safety and health standard
- Having good leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical / Electrical), min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduate or max. 2 years experiences
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan
Accounting Supervisor (AS)
- Optimize cash flow, funding, and loan, monitoring budget and outstanding payment settlement
- Understand tax provision (PPh, PPN), experience in the related field (finance/ AR/ AP)
- Good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
- Bachelor of Accounting/Finance. Having 0 – 1 year experience in related position. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan
Experienced Level
Utility Manager (UM)
- Responsible to plan design and calculate master grading plan for plots, drainage, power/electric system, water, telephone, retaining wall, etc.
- Coordinate with related units, consultant(s), and related institution.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) & 3.00 (master) out of 4.00.
- Max. age 35 years old. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
- Having good analytical thinking, leadership and negotiation skills

After Sales Manager (ASM)
- Planning on AJB set targets completion, handover certificate budget and complaints handling.
- Deliver after sales report
- Having good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor/Master in Marketing/Finance, Min. GPA 2,75 (Bachelor) and 3,00 (Master) out of 4.00
- Maximal age 35 years old, and have 2 – 4 years experience in property retail industry or related position
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan
Building Maintenance Manager (BM)
- Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project.
- Managing all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion.
- Having excellent understanding of Project Management, preferably in high-rise building structure.
- Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor/Master of Architect / Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Maximal age 35 years old. Having 5 years experience in related position would be advantage, preferably in high-rise building /housing construction.
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan.
Programmer Officer (PROG)
- Conduct analysis, design, planning, manufacture, andtesting ofapplication programs
- Performmaintenance of application programs
- Conductingarchivinganddocumentationof thesourceapplicationprogram.
- Determining proceduresin the implementation ofapplication programs.
- MasteringWeb-based Programming(PHP /ASP), minimasterOS. WinXPandWinServer 2003
- Understanding theOracleDatabaseandthe OpenDatabase Connectivity(ODBC).
- Diploma/Bachelor in Information System/Informatics Engineering min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Placement in Tangerang Selatan.
Sales Manager (SM)
- Responsible for making strategic planning and achieving sales target.
- Deliver and analyze sales report.
- Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Bachelor / Master in Finance or Marketing, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- age 35 years old. 2-4 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position
